SJS Daddy Daughter Dance

Dane took the girls to St. Joe's Daddy Daughter Dance. He got them both corsages and made a date out of it. They had so much fun!! When they came home they were on a sugar high, but it was not long before they all (Dane included) fell asleep. I went out to a neighborhood Italian restaurant with several of the other moms and we had our own little mom's night out.

SJS 5K Race

Dane and Alexis ran in the SJS Annual Race. Dane ran the 5K and Alexis ran in the 1 mile and did terrific. Dane got 1st place for his age group and took home an awesome SJS pint glass and Alexis got a terrific medal. It was so much fun! Izzy helped me out with registration and set-up of the race.

I Heart GA Winters

We were enjoying a gorgeous and warm day today by riding bikes and scooters around the neighborhood. For all you Minnesotans, please note the short sleeve shirt in February ;-) Had to rub it in just a little bit.

Tour de Helen

We enjoyed all the touristy stops in Helen, a quaint little Bavarian town. We even tried weiner schnitzel and it was delicious. We enjoyed the German experience!

Cabin in Helen, GA

Michelle and Tommy came down from MN to visit. We stayed in a rented cabin in Helen, GA near the north Georgia mountains. It was a gorgeous cabin, amazing mountain views and a great way to spend time with family.
