Happy Thanksgiving!!!

The Beirne Family (my sister in-law Danise & family) from Richmond, VA came down to spend Thanksgiving with us. I could not believe how much the boys have grown since we last saw them. All 3 boys are taller than I am. It is still hard to believe that Adam is 18 and getting ready for college next year. Yikes! Where has the time gone? This Thanksgiving was so much fun having the family together.

Sliding at Julee's

Julee rented a gigantic blow-up slide for the kids to play on. It was chilly but the kids had a blast. We warmed up afterwards with some nice hot cocoa. Thanks Julee!

Cooking with Dad

The girls also put on Daddy's boxing medals. They are so proud! Notice in the picture they are showing their muscles.

My Boxer Husband

Dane had a boxing match in Atlanta. Here are some photos he took. He is the hot one (bald) in the pictures.

Pump It Up

We went to Ella's birthday party this morning at Pump It Up which is an indoor bouncy house place. The girls had so much fun. I am now reaping the benefits of them taking a really good nap. They were so excited from all the jumping.

Baby Quilt

I just finished this baby blanket for my niece, Lilly. Her dad is a John Deere fan. I was so excited when I found this fabric. The other side is made out of really soft white chenille. I hope it helps keep Lilly warm during this MN winter.

Eye Candy

As most of you know, I have read all of the Twilight saga books in record time. I finished all 4 books in almost a week, but that was about a year ago. I just could not put them down. Now I am re-reading the books since the movies are coming out. I am so excited to watch New Moon which is releasing on 11/20. In preparation for New Moon, my friend, Ginny had a Twilight movie night at her house. My friend, Becca brought her cardboard cut-out of Rob Pattinson aka Edward. I am totally Team Edward. He is my on-screen boyfriend. Don't worry Dane totally knows and is okay with it.

Cute Kids

We were enjoying the beautiful Georgia day. It actually warmed up to almost 80 so midday we had to strip the kids and put short sleeve shirts on them.

TOUCHDOWN GEORGIA!!!!!

UGA vs TN Tech Game

A sea of red and black!
Final score was 38-zip.

MeMaw was sweet enough to watch the girls so Dane and I could attend the game. Dane's friend has season tickets and was out of town so he gave us his seats. I did not realize how awesome his seats were. The game was fun and we kicked butt....literally. Final score against TN Tech was 38 to zero. Dane and I had a nice date day to ourselves.

UGA VII

Here is UGA VII dog house which is air conditioned. He is one spoiled dog!

Isn't he the cutest mascot ever?

UGA VII (the name of the real Bulldog mascot) is pronounced Ugh-ga for those of you who do not follow UGA Football. One of Izzie's first words was "Ugh-ga" except she pronounced as "ga-ga" for a long time. She has it right now. We are working on getting her to spell Georgia. She almost has it.

Go Georgia!

Alexis and Isabelle even posed with some UGA Police Officers. They were hard at work can you tell? Just kidding, they were super nice.

Tailgating

Before the game, we took the girls downtown to tailgate, throw the football around, and be part of the "sea of red and black" fans. Go Dawgs!!!

Our New House

Some of you have asked for a picture of our new house. Here it is...
I have the Halloween decorations up. We have been really happy here. The neighborhood is fantastic and has lots of young families. It is really nice being in a house again. Don't get me wrong the apartment was nice but it was small and it was difficult being so close to our neighbors. There is something to be said to no longer hear footsteps above us anymore. The best thing is that Dane still works at the apartment complex so we can still use the pool whenever we want. Our house is only about 2 miles away from our old apartment so we are still living on the westside of Athens. We have been really happy living on this side of town.
