Hunt Then Play

I know enough of the hunting pictures already...this one in particular, Dane is very proud of. It is a rare squirrel meaning we have never seen one before. I think its called a Black Fox Squirrel. It kind of looks like a skunk mated with a squirrel. We spent the afternoon at WOW park and played with the kids.

Seriously!?! A Goose!

Just in case you were not already convinced we have part 'redneck' as our ethnicity, well here is more evidence that the south has completely converted my husband into an avid hunter and our girls are completely into it. Seriously?? Seriously! I can laugh about it and can also appreciate that every hunting Daddy's dream is that his little girls want to hunt too. I guess this is just proof that girls can do anything boys do.

Bowling Shoes Are Lame!

We went bowling for Family Fun Night! Daniel, Teresa, Matthew and Christina came too. The girls had so much fun!! Is it just me or are bowling prices overinflated? I can't believe they even charge to rent bowling shoes, I think they are the same smelly, ugly shoes I wore in when I went bowling in 1985! Nonetheless, we had a blast and I think my score was somewhere in the 70s. Some day I will bowl over 100. I think Alexis bowled a higher score than I did! Its not fair they don't let adults use gutter bumpers!

The Great Georgian "Blizzard"

I can't believe it! We got snow again!! Not just the normal 2 inches...we got 8-inches of snow which not only sent us into a "state of emergency", caused the grocery store shelves to be cleared of all milk and bread, the news actually compared our weather to "blizzard conditions". Now having lived in MN through actual blizzards, this is nothing in comparison. We had so much fun because this was completely unusual weather for Georgia!! A lot of snow angels, sledding, snow ball fights and even a big frosty the snowman in our yard.
